The powertrain engineering activities of Mecachrome in France have been integrated into:
TEOS Powertrain Engineering, based in Trappes and created in January 2011. It is a joint venture company between Mecachrome and D2T Powertrain Engineering.
TEOS Powertrain Engineering combines D2T’s capabilities and know-how in powertrain testing and calibration, with the production and industrialization expertise of Mecachrome.
TEOS Powertrain Engineering offers complete projects for powertrain design and prototype production to the OEM and sport automotive industry, as well as the heavy duty and aerospace industries.
The technological focus of TEOS Powertrain Engineering is internal combustion powertrain (gasoline and diesel), electric and hybrid powertrain, and gear boxes.
