Two new members join MECHACHROME’s shareholders’ committee and executive committee
On March 30, 2022, MECACHROME added two new skills that will strengthen the company’s governance and management.
Aurélie LEMAHIEU, former head of operations at Airbus, joined the management team in the position of head of transformation, with the primary aim of steering the integration of the new entities in the group and developing the CSR process.
As Aurélie LEMAHIEU herself stated: “As head of transformation, I will support the Group in its process of development of the newly-acquired entities such as Hitim, WeAre, etc.”.
Yannick ASSOUAD, currently Executive Vice President of Thales Avionics, will form part of the Monitoring Committee to contribute her expertise in the sector and optimize the group’s performances and its future challenges.
She herself emphasizes: “After numerous years of experience acquired in the aeronautical industry, my wish is to play an active role in helping MECACHROME to gather new momentum, and take up the complex challenges faced in the current climate”.
MECACHROME’s wish is to increase its expertise and develop diversity within the group management bodies, to structure its vision.
